MCP trainings for community-based organizations enable you to expand your capacity to work across lines of difference and cultivate more collaborative, inclusive communities for all.

The Bay Area offers a wealth of diversity and a unique blend and interaction of culture, race, gender identity, politics, religion, etc. MCP offers workshops to help organizations put their values to work and better support their members in building a strong and vibrant community fabric.
