Services

The Mosaic Consulting Project focuses on three fundamental sectors of the San Francisco Bay Area community: companies, community-based organizations, and educational organizations. Trainings range from two hours to two days in length. While the MCP curriculum can be customized for specific issues and goals, there is a core set of trainings for each community segment.

The core corporate trainings focus on engagement in the workplace, team building, valuing and leveraging diversity, conflict resolution, and assertive communication. Educational trainings focus on a number of classroom and teacher/facilitator issues such as working effectively with multicultural populations, positive and respectful discipline strategies, conflict resolution, and bullying prevention. Community-based organization trainings focus on the "isms" (such as racism, sexism, able-ism and hetero-sexism), empathy, conflict resolution, and assertive communication.
